Cylindrical wood form

Product Introduction

Cylindrical wood formwork is a new type of formwork material in the field of construction engineering technology. This formwork uses birch and poplar as raw materials according to a certain modulus of formwork. It uses the bending property of wooden plywood to shape into different radians through high temperature and high pressure to achieve different diameters, so as to complete the molding of curved buildings to cast concrete. It is composed of two, three or more pieces of curved formwork, the formwork interface has a convex groove, which can make the formwork closely combined, which can prevent the leakage of pulp, and has the role of stable reinforcement.

Product use procedure

1、Building FORMWORK

Select the location, lay the foundation, build the structure of steel bars, install the cylindrical wood

formeork to make the concave and convex grooves fit each other

2、Close the FORMWORK

From the bottom up, one by one dislocation contact to increase the firmness, the bottom circular plane is recommended to be 0.5cm-1cm above the ground, which is conducive to the self-balance of stability and fill the joint with concrete

3、WOOD BLOCK, STEEL STRIP REINFORCEMENT

four wooden squares of 5cm*10cm are bundled around the square, and the steel strip is bundled layer by layer,

the distance between the steel strips is 20-30cm, and wood block, steel strip reinforcement the steel strips need to be paraller and consistent in strength.

4、POURING

Concrete is poured step by step according to relevant requirements to avoid damage caused by vibration to the stencil

5、DISASSEMBLE

Remove reinforcement in turn and prepare for recycling
