Product technology

1.wood early treatment : including wood division, natural drying (air drying), artificial drying (drying kiln) and health treatment. Good dried wood needs health treatment to ensure product quality .

2.core board processing  : feed, preferably truncated, split, selection, core board assembly. The blank should be reserved for a certain gap, and the interval is consistent, to avoid dead joints, decay, blunt edges, cracks and other defects.

3.panel and backplane processing  : the panel is usually 3-4mm, the use of sawing process; The back plate is usually about 2mm, using the rotary cutting process .

4.Gluing and forming  : According to different customer's process requirements, the panel, core board and back board are glued and formed. The adhesive used for gluing must be environmentally friendly, the gluing should be uniform, and the amount of gluing should meet the gluing quality requirements .

5.hot pressing  : the group of good slab using hot press in accordance with the requirements of the hot pressing process for hot pressing molding, hot pressing parameters such as temperature, time, pressure must be compatible with the hot pressing process to ensure product quality .

6.Health treatment  : the three-story building board is an asymmetric structure, which needs health treatment to balance the internal stress generated in the hot pressing process.
